A huge thank you to the team from Otago Rugby. Richard Kinley (CEO) and Paul Thompson (Commercial Manager) set the scene before Mark Brown (Otago Rugby NPC Coach) shared an inspiring presentation on what it takes to build a successful team - not just in rugby, but in any organisation. His message around creating belief, trust, and a safe environment to challenge each other was one everyone could relate to.
