Gala 2025 - what a night!

What a night! A huge thank you to all our sponsors, guests, and suppliers who made the 2025 OMRF Gala such a memorable night.

The Gala was an important event for the Foundation after changes in the organisation's structure last year. It was an opportunity for the Foundation to reconnect with many of our supporters but also welcome new supporters.

Guests were treated not only to a night of great food, wine and an auction, but a programme full of incredible entertainment, thanks to MC Doug Kamo. His cast was the largest ever assembled for the OMRF Gala, with 42 local performers presenting a world-class performance.

The entertainment included an honest and engaging Q&A with Matt Chisholm and great music from NICHE to get everyone up dancing for the remainder of the night. 

The professionalism of Strawberry Sound and Doug Kamo was second to none. A huge thank you also to the team at Walsh & Beck for creating the exceptional designs for the screens. 

This event was organised in a very short space of time (with Christmas holidays to contend with and Marketing, Engagement & Events Manager, Tracey Fleet, starting late last year). We hope that everyone who enjoyed the Gala encourages their friends, family and colleagues to join them next year.
